In the event of an emergency such as fire, accident, sickness, robbery, gas leak, etc. Home Solutions will act immediately by contacting the appropriate authorities.
Home Solutions will then provide a comprehensive on-going e-mail report of situation to client, including photos -if necessary, along with a final follow up e-mail on resolution of situation. It is recommended that Home Solutions registers with clients’ alarm system service provider as the main emergency contact.
