This Mexican contemporary masterpiece was designed and built by Luis Camarena, a renowned architect, author and artist.

Featuring the clean lines of modern style combined with organic materials and natural light, Casa Arroyo offers privacy and comfort in a beautiful wooded area only a short walk to the Parroquia San Miguel.

Entry is though an expensive garden area featuring cantera stone steps. Two of the five bedrooms have wood floors while the others features artisanal tile. The ample wall space on every level servers as a blank canvas for your own artwork. Throughout the house there are private terraces, fountains and other architectural surprises that bring the outside “in” to the living spaces. Other important amenities include a home alarm system, an automatic gate, water filtration and intercom systems, brand-new kitchen appliances and a one-car garage.
