This impeccable home, located on a bus-free street in the Historic Centro district of San Miguel de Allende, offers a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional architectural features such as skylights, a light well, and Boveda ceilings.

The space

Casa Bóveda was recently updated and has been pristinely maintained. Located just steps from the heart of town, the Jardin, it’s the ideal home for vacations and to experience the many charms of SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE!

The main floor has a lovely living room with skylights, a gas fireplace, a “floor to ceiling drip-wall” fountain and light well, a fully functional kitchen with top-end appliances, a beautiful dining room large enough to entertain a crowd, and a separate den and television room . A powder room is also located in this entry level. Saltillo tile floors and charming tile work are featured in the bathroom. A stunning open curved staircase with cantera stone steps leads to three beautiful bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, an open office/reading nook, and a two level private terrace, an ideal location for an afternoon read. The terrace has fabulous views of the downtown churches and the western skyline. A large laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

The house is designed for guests, who want to enjoy and experience San Miguel de Allende without the bother of taxicabs or car services.

Other things to note

Internet Note: Casa Boveda has two WiFi Access Points, one in the second-floor office area and the other in the first-floor television room. These provide good wireless internet via Telemex in the rooms where the routers are located. However, Casa Boveda is a residence, not a commercial/office space, and if renters have commercial/office needs, they should plan accordingly.
